Very interesting rules/codes related to railways of England, Ireland, and Scotland. This binding on this is in poor to fair condition. It is nearly disbound--the front cover is barely attached to the rear board and barely attached to the spine. It is quite possible that shipping this will cause a complete separation. The spine has separated from the rear board, which is attached due to the rfep. So, this would be a good candidate for rebinding. There are two owner inscriptions: the original owner's name/date in the top margin of the first page of the preface (dated 1865) and then a gift inscription from the first owner to the second on the flyleaf (dated 1885). There is no writing in the text. There are a few bent page corners and dirt on the edge.
